Shipping Policy

VernLo MarkIT currently ships to customers within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Some products are fulfilled directly by third-party fulfillment partners, and processing times may vary.

Estimated delivery times depend on the product, fulfillment warehouse, destination, and shipping method. Many orders arrive within approximately 7–20 business days after processing, although delivery may occasionally take longer because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Products in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages or on different dates.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order ships. Tracking information can sometimes take several days to begin showing movement.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

VernLo MarkIT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist customers with legitimate delivery issues whenever possible.

If an order appears lost or has experienced an unusually long delay, contact us with your order information so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier.

Any taxes, duties, or other charges legally assessed by a carrier or government authority that were not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the purchaser.
