VernLo MarkIT offers a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not return merchandise to the address shown on the shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Some products are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners and may require a specific return location.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

Certain items may not be returnable after use or opening for hygiene, safety, or resale reasons. This can include installed screen protectors and used food-contact products.

Cancellations: Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will attempt to cancel it, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
